As Head of Platform, I lead and champion the evolution of the construction industry’s leading software platform to drive outcomes beyond what independent products alone can do.

► Unified Configurable Platform and Design System that make Procore flexible enough to fit our customers varied processes built in a way that provides leverage to our internal and external developer partners.
► Foundational Services (e.g Identity & Security) that offer assurances of reliability, availability and access controls to all our customers types (enterprise or smaller).
Responsible for Video Platform and Player on site, Mobile Apps and Emerging Platform Strategy
►Managed and worked with a great team of Product and Program Managers, Developers and Vendors to: Migrate to a new Video Platform and build out the media experience on all of the 9 brands ( including but not limited to Discovery, Science, TLC, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery).
►Responsible for the multi-platform app strategy and product development that included a new multi-channel TVE experience (DiscoveryGo) RFP/Q to relevant vendors and requirements and roadmaps to support a long term position in the space.

►Led a cross departmental function and center of excellence for strategic relationships. Managed a portfolio of key accounts (including but not limited to: Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon and Intel) with the primary objective of finding opportunities to collaborate and change the industry’s landscape; via joint roadmaps and new business models & agreements. Provides Independent Product Management and Digital transformation consulting services.
► Created a monetization strategy for digital audio content in partnership with a Public Radio leadership team. Performed customer development for client apps, prioritized features and built strategic plan/roadmap – funded by The Knight Foundation grant.
► Built up a Product Strategy Practice for a product innovation lab client: creating tools and training artifacts, leading partnership and business development conversations and assisting with talent acquisition for product management and business strategy bench.
► Performed market analysis and segmentation, competitive analysis and industry value chain analysis to inform business and product strategy startups clients in health, e-commerce, finTech and edTech.
► Dialexa Labs Strategic Relationship: Working with an elite team of product managers, designers and business strategist to build amazing outcomes of new products and ventures for Dialexa clients using category design and traditional product strategy and management methods.
