Work
I create strategy, build teams and offer organizational clarity ... but I also love to build things.
Recent AI products and tools I have built for myself, and a few from the transformation work with clients.
Things I've built
AI tools, code, and skills, built at ProductMind where I am co-founder and principal. What each one does, and the problem it solves.
ProductMind Labs
A working lab of AI tools for the product development lifecycle. Coding agents made building fast. Judgment did not keep pace, so teams now ship the wrong thing quicker.

Shipyard: an agent that brings the frameworks from Building Rocketships to whatever you are building. Is this worth building, who is it for, and how does it reach market? Your coding agent will not ask.
Try Shipyard →Competency Map
A 15 minute assessment that sets a PM's view of themselves next to their manager's, across the seven muscles of great product work. Most growth conversations stall because the two people in the room are working from different pictures.

Recent AI strategy and transformation work. Clients are confidential, so these are by sector.
A leading EdTech platform
Challenge. Growth had outpaced the way the product organization was built to work, and AI raised the stakes on decisions the operating model was not set up to make.
What I did. Set the AI strategy, redesigned the org around it, and put a product operating model in place so the transformation had somewhere to land.
Outcome. One aligned plan across product, engineering, and leadership, and a way of working that holds after the engagement ends.
A major entertainment services company
Challenge. A product team that knew AI mattered and did not yet know how to use it in their own work.
What I did. Designed the AI transformation plan and ran the upskilling for the product team alongside it, so the capability arrived with the strategy.
Outcome. A team that moved from watching AI to using it, working to a sequenced plan for what changes and when.
A product analytics company
Challenge. An AI product idea with real urgency behind it, and a market of product leaders they had no standing way to reach.
What I did. Worked with the team to take the AI product from idea to live, and separately built a dinner series that convened senior product leaders in their market.
Outcome. The AI product shipped in two months. The dinner series turned a target market into a room of people who take the call.
An enterprise software company
Challenge. A large customer base and no structured way to hear from its most senior voices.
What I did. Stood up their customer advisory board, and created a thought leader dinner series to sit alongside it.
Outcome. A standing channel to senior customers, and a community that keeps the company close to the people it builds for.
A digital experience intelligence platform
Challenge. A strong data platform, and an open question about what AI actually changed for it.
What I did. Set the AI strategy: where to invest, what to leave alone, and the order to do it in.
Outcome. A clear point of view on where AI creates advantage for the product, and where it is noise.
